Cala Homes has - this April - purchased the land for our next development in Portlethen, and has submitted a Planning Application to Aberdeen City Council for a proposal to provide 175 new homes with associated works and supporting infrastructure on land. A sophisticated and energy-efficient collection of 3, 4 and 5 bedroom homes have been proposed, with first completions anticipated for spring 2027.
Cala Homes have recently submitted a Proposal of Application Notice to Aberdeen City Council in relation to a forthcoming planning application and related public consultation strategy for a proposal to provide new homes with associated works and supporting infrastructure on land at Pitfodels. This would include a new link road connecting Inchgarth Road and North Deeside Road.
Cala Homes (North) has submitted a planning application to Aberdeenshire Council for proposed new homes in the village of Newmachar.
