Proposal of Application Notice Submitted

Cala Homes (West), in partnership with Helensburgh Golf Club, has submitted a Proposal of Application Notice (PoAN) to Argyll & Bute Council to bring much-needed new homes to Helensburgh. 

The proposed development looks to deliver 145 homes, including 25% affordable homes to be owned and managed by Dunbritton Housing Association.

The first of two Public Consultation Events will be held between 3pm - 7pm on Thursday 14th May at Helensburgh Golf Club, 25 East Clyde Street, Helensburgh, G84 7NY. This presents the local community an opportunity to learn more about the proposals, meet the project team and share any feedback on the development.

The second Public Consultation Event will be held between 3pm-7pm on Monday 18th June at Helensburgh Golf Club, 25 East Clyde Street, Helensburgh, G84 7NY.
