Planning Application - Cardross

Cala Homes (West) has submitted two planning applications for the development of land at Kirkton Farm in Cardross which, if approved, will deliver a range of homes ranging from one-bedroom cottage flats to five-bedroom family homes.

The proposal is for 118 much needed homes, including 25% for Dunbritton Housing Association, at the site on the northern edge of Cardross between Darleith Road and Barrs Road.

The new development, Darleigh Meadows, will provide dedicated on-site parking for homeowners and guests, as well as generous provision of high quality landscaping and open space - including a village green and play park. The landscaping and green spaces on the site will help to improve local biodiversity for residents and the wider community to enjoy.

Cala aims to secure all necessary consents within the coming months, starting on site around Summer 2024, and targeting first residents in 2025.
