Proposal of Application Notice Submitted

Cala Homes (West) has submitted a Proposal of Application Notice to Falkirk Council for land located off Bellsdyke Road, to the east of Larbert.

The proposed development would be delivered as part the final phase of a development agreement arranged in 2001 with the NHS, Cala and Persimmon Homes. This has seen the delivery of circa 1700 homes as part of the Hill of Kinnaird Masterplan Area.

The proposed development looks to deliver private Cala homes, comprising a mix of 3, 4 and 5 bedroom homes, along with a mix of affordable homes. 

As part of the planning process, the first of two Public Consultation Events will be held on Wednesday 25th March 2026 at Dobbie Hall, Stenhousemuir, Larbert, FK5 4BL, 2pm until 7pm. 

The consultation event will present the opportunity to find out more about the proposals and provide your thoughts via feedback forms.
