Planning Application Submitted

Cala Management (Limited) has submitted a Planning Application to Falkirk Council for land located off Bellsdyke Road, to the east of Larbert.

The proposed development would be delivered as part the final phase of a development agreement arranged in 2001 with the NHS, Cala and Persimmon Homes. This has seen the delivery of circa 1700 homes as part of the Hill of Kinnaird Masterplan Area.

The proposed development looks to deliver 97 private Cala homes, comprising a mix of 3 bedroom semi-detached homes and 4 and 5 bedroom detached homes, along with a mix of 32 affordable homes comprising of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments and 2, 3 and 4 bedroom terraced properties.

The site proposals will improve the road safety and will be surrounded by generous green space, as well as a network of active travel routes throughout the development. In addition, land has been identified for future community and commercial uses, subject to a separate planning applications.
