Land off Bellsdyke Road, Larbert
Proposal of Application Notice Submitted
Cala Homes (West) has submitted a Proposal of Application Notice to Falkirk Council for land located off Bellsdyke Road, to the east of Larbert.
The proposed development would be delivered as part the final phase of a development agreement arranged in 2001 with the NHS, Cala and Persimmon Homes. This has seen the delivery of circa 1700 homes as part of the Hill of Kinnaird Masterplan Area.
The proposed development looks to deliver private Cala homes, comprising a mix of 3, 4 and 5 bedroom homes, along with a mix of affordable homes.
The first of two Public Consultation Events took place on Wednesday 25th March 2026 in Larbert to present an opportunity for feedback on Cala's proposals.
The feedback provided has been analysed and will be used to inform the planning application. The general themes, along with more refined details on the proposals, will be presented at the second consultation event.
The second Public Consultation Event will be held on Wednesday 29th April 2026 at Dobbie Hall, Stenhousemuir, Larbert, FK5 4BL, 2pm until 7pm.
