The Greenway

To celebrate the recent extension of the greenway from the Fernleigh Park development we are giving away a chance to win £100 in vouchers*

Use vouchers towards state of the art bike accessories with The Bicycle Rooms or delicious locally sourced food at Bobby's Stratford; situated on The Greenway.

Throughout the month of March we want residents and the local community enjoying the outdoors by sharing your photos on the Stratford greenway. 

Here's how to enter:

• Tag our social media accounts, @calahomes, and use #Calagreenway when sharing your photos on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter
• Alternatively you can email your photo to greenway@cala.co.uk 
• Be as creative as you want in your photos capturing the beautiful surrounding of the greenway. Whether you are running, walking or cycling....we want to see!
• If you want to take part all entries must be in by Friday 24th March. 

The winning photo will be announced by 30th March and also feature on the Cala Homes website and across our social media channels. Photos submitted in relation to this competition may be used within the Fernleigh Park marketing suite display.

Open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of Cala Group Limited (the Promoter) or any other Cala Group company, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.

The closing date of the prize draw is 23:59 on 24.03.23. Entries received after this time will not be included.

Cala reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants.

A winner will be selected from all eligible entries by the Fernleigh Park Sales Team by 30.03.23

The winner will receive a £100 gift card of their choice between The Bicycle Rooms or Bobby’s Stratford. The prize for the winner cannot be exchanged and is non-negotiable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

All entries may be used within the Fernleigh Park Marketing Suite display

The winner will be notified via their social account or via email and asked to private message Cala with further details before 3.04.23 and the prize will be delivered by email within 28 days of the winner being announced. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 72 hours of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control make it necessary to do so.

The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

The winner's name will be published on Cala’s social channels and website.

Winners may be required to participate in publicity related to the prize draw, which may include the publication of their name and photograph in any media

Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry

The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

The Promoter reserves the right to hold, void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

Cala will treat personal data in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not disclose personally identifiable information to a third party without prior consent except in so far as set out in these terms and conditions and insofar as is required for the arrangement of the prize. Non personal data provided by entrants will be used for the purposes of reviewing customer service standards and market understanding.
