Commercial

Our commercial teams are responsible for driving the best value and managing costs throughout each stage of our developments. Prior to purchasing land, the commercial function works through the viability and land appraisal production for a development to understand the estimated value of a site.

Throughout the build process, commercial is responsible for the control, analysis, and reporting of costs across each development. Buyers ensure the timely procurement and supply of materials to our sites through our supply chain, whilst surveyors are responsible for cost control and managing subcontractor contracts and accounts.
