Merley, Poole

Cala is purchasing the site at Land North of Oakley Lane, Merley from Richborough Estates following the decision of Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council to grant outline planning permission, and will be bringing forward the detailed Reserved Matter applications.

The site was recently given a resolution to grant outline planning permission by BCP Council for a phased development of up to 550 new homes and a 62-bed care home.

Cala Homes will now be taking forward the delivery of the scheme through a series of Reserved Matter Applications which will grant approval for the layout, scale, massing, landscaping and internal access details.

This consultation relates to our Phase 1 proposals which includes a 285 new homes, landscaping, community car parks and open space including SANG for new and existing residents.
