Planning Application - Cala at Grandhome, Bridge of Don (Phase 4)

Cala Homes (North) has submitted an application for the fourth phase of Cala’s landmark development at Grandhome in Bridge of Don.

The phase would continue to form part of the Grandhome Trust’s overall masterplan for the area which includes 7,000 homes plus commercial space.

Cala recently launched the third phase, Green Park at Grandhome, a collection of 55 two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom terraced, semi-detached and detached properties. The fourth phase would add a further 75 homes to Cala’s community at Grandhome.

This application has now received approval and Cala hope to start on site in February 2024.
