Recently, Cala Cotswolds adapted its strategy to align with its new and expanding operational areas by acquiring land for sale in Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire, Solihull and Warwickshire. A new regional office at Oxford Technology Park will be pivotal to driving the land use strategy in these target areas.

 

A crucial component of our growth strategy is our approach to land acquisition, contracting on sites at all stages of the planning process. We are focused on identifying land for sale in Oxfordshire and surrounding counties with the capacity for a minimum of 50 homes or more in towns and larger villages where, through our value-add approach and industry leading design, we can create high-quality and sustainable communities.
