Do you have land with development potential across Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire, Inverness or Dundee?

As one of Scotland's leading housebuilders, Cala is actively seeking strategic and short-term land opportunities throughout the North of Scotland. With continued demand for high-quality new homes across these areas, our experienced land and planning team can assess opportunities quickly, work collaboratively with landowners and agents, and unlock value through a proven track record of delivering successful residential developments. Whether your land is allocated, in the planning process, or represents a longer-term strategic opportunity, we would welcome the chance to discuss its potential.
