Stay Safe, Stay Away offers primary schools an interactive session covering the history of building houses as well as the variety of fantastic and varied career opportunities within the industry, as well educating pupils about the dangers of going into construction areas unsupervised. We delivered this sessoion in March 2025 to around 30 students at Queen Emma Primary school.
Protect and enhance existing and new wildlife habitats within the site, protect species including hedgehogs, birds, bats, reptiles, invertebrates as well as native flora, and green open spaces which includes an ecological protection area, a childrens’ play area and a pond.
Land To Life is a curriculum-based schools project aimed at 7-11 year olds. The comprehensive suite of teachers’ notes and detailed lesson plans aims to educate children on how new communities are created, from land acquisition through to sales and marketing.
10 local businesses will be selected to inspire our showhome. From artists to home fragrance creators, garden centres and artisan retailers, our Showhome of Support initiative allows us to support locally, and showcases wonderful local businesses to visitors and homeowners.
