Graham McNeil
Land Director
With a focus on quality and exceptional customer service, our brand, financial firepower and ability to adapt and adjust our development solutions to suit different sites, means that we can optimise value for all stakeholders.
The Land and Development team is always on the lookout for land for sale in the Central Belt of Scotland including Glasgow and other surrounding areas. From urban sites of circa one acre to strategically significant sites of 50-100 acres, there really is no barrier to our ambitions to grow the Cala business..
We work collaboratively with other homebuilders too, often taking a lead role in project planning and the delivery of common infrastructure. Ultimately, sustainable growth remains our priority and we would be delighted to hear from any landowners or landowner representatives who have land for sale in Glasgow or other surrounding areas in the Central Belt. If you want to learn more about how we develop land for housing, we will be happy to provide more information.
